| As an independent jeweler in Cleveland serving friends and neighbors for over 30 years, I have always taken these needs - and the meaning behind them - personally. That’s why I created Howard’s Jewelry Center. I believe that there is nothing romantic in paying too much for diamonds and fine jewelry. And unlike traditional mall jewelers who “up sell” customers with credit at high interest rates, our first priority is to understand and respect your unique and personal needs - and your budget - one neighbor at a time. It’s the only way we work.
